This site presents professional services for AI automation, AI strategy and training. Its content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer. Services are scoped and agreed separately in writing; that agreement governs any engagement.

Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Submitting an enquiry allows me to reply by email; it does not create a contractual relationship or an obligation to provide services. Do not send sensitive information or access credentials.

Use this site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to access non-public areas, submit spam or unlawful material, or use automation that degrades the service. I may restrict abusive use.

Automations rely on third-party platforms, such as messaging, telephony, AI and search services, that are outside my control and may change their features, prices or terms. Each client subscribes to those platforms in their own name and pays for those subscriptions directly. I do not guarantee particular business results, rankings or inclusion in AI answers. Examples on this site are illustrative and are not promises of outcomes.

When a project requires access to a client's computers, systems or accounts, the scope and method of that access are agreed in writing beforehand and used only for the agreed work.

Site text, design, code and graphics are owned by Strategy Voilà or used with permission. Do not reproduce or distribute them without permission, except where applicable law allows.

Google, ChatGPT, WhatsApp and other names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. They are named to identify the platforms my work concerns. Strategy Voilà is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these companies.

Links may lead to external services. I do not control their content or policies. Review their terms before using them.

I aim to keep the site available and current but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Content and features may change.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Strategy Voilà is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of this informational site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
