Strategy? Voilà! Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 19, 2025
1. Introduction
Welcome to Strategy? Voilà! ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and safeguard your information when you use our web application and services (the "Service").
Our Service allows you to connect your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) accounts to generate advanced marketing strategy reports using Google's Gemini Pro API. This policy outlines our practices and your rights regarding your personal information, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and Quebec's Law 25.
2. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information to provide and improve our Service.
-
Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and company website.

-
Service Data (Processed, Not Stored): To generate your reports, our Service accesses your GA4 and GSC data in real-time. We want to be explicitly clear: we process this data in-memory and do not store your raw GA4 or GSC data on our servers.
-
Generated Report Data: We store the reports generated by the Gemini Pro API in your account history. These reports are interpretations, summaries, and analyses derived from your Service Data. Please see the "Data Storage, Security, and Retention" section for details on how this data is managed.
